The Eurocamp Spreewaldtor has noticeably become more international in recent years. A large part of our guests now comes from abroad in Europe. To ensure that information arrives quickly, friendly, and clearly, we have completed anEnglish training for direct guest contactbetween02.09. and 27.12.2024– conducted by theIn-tuitions English Institute in Lübben.
Participants includedAnja, Florian, NicoleandKerstin. In17 teaching unitswe focused on exactly the situations that shape our everyday life:
- Reception & Check-in/Check-out
- Introduction to rental properties
- Service & Information(Opening hours, routes, offers)
- Short emails and phone calls
- Polite phrases & avoiding misunderstandings
What it has achieved: more confidence in conversations, clearer processes at the reception, fewer misunderstandings and overall a noticeably more relaxed guest contact – in Germanandin English.
We wantto continually address the needs of our guests through training our staff, toimprove. Therefore, we also plan to continue short, practical training sessions that fit well into the season and have an immediate impact in everyday life.
